Terms & Conditions for Sudoku X by Happy Hippo
- Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the Sudoku X game (“the Game”) by Happy Hippo (“the Developer”), you (“the User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Game.
- License to Use The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the Game, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, software, and trademarks, are owned by the Developer.
- In-app Purchases and Advertisements
- Brain Coins: Users can earn “Brain Coins” by viewing advertisements within the Game. Brain Coins can also be purchased directly within the Game.
- The Game may offer the option for Users to make in-app purchases. These purchases are billed through the platform from which the Game was downloaded (e.g., App Store).
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for in-app purchases.
- Privacy Policy The Developer values the privacy of its Users. All personal data collected will be used in accordance with the Developer’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Developer’s website.
- Limitation of Liability The Developer is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the Game.
- Warranties The Game is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Modifications to the Terms The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the Game after changes signifies the User’s agreement to the updated terms.
- Termination The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Game for any reason, including, but not limited to, breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
- Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in The Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
